The Approach
Knowledge provides the foundation. Intuition completes the interpretation.
01The classical foundation
The grammar of Jyotish.
Grahas
The nine planetary influences — the actors in every chart.
Rashis
The twelve signs, describing how each graha expresses itself.
Bhavas
The twelve houses — the areas of life where events unfold.
Nakshatras
Twenty-seven lunar mansions adding nuance and texture.
Dashas
Planetary periods that describe the timing of experience.
Transits
The ongoing movement of planets against the birth chart.
Yogas
Specific combinations that shape recurring themes.
02Beyond mechanical astrology
A chart is not a spreadsheet.
Rules can be applied by anyone — or anything. But classical indications often contradict one another, and the texts themselves ask the astrologer to weigh, prioritise and synthesise. Simply listing rules produces noise, not understanding.
03 — The role of intuition
Intuition does not replace knowledge. It works inside it — noticing which of many indications deserves attention, and how they fit together for this particular person.
Knowledge tells you what to look at. Intuition helps you understand what matters.
04Context matters
The same planet, two different lives.
An identical placement can manifest very differently depending on age, circumstance, culture and the choices a person has already made. Interpretation must begin with the individual, not the textbook.
05Interpretation vs prediction
Patterns, tendencies, timing.
SHUKRA focuses on understanding — what themes are present, how they tend to unfold, and when they become more pronounced — rather than sensational certainty about the future.
06No automated readings
Every chart, personally read.
SHUKRA consultations are personally interpreted. There is no automated system replacing the human consultation.
